BOOKING POLICY

DEPOSIT POLICY

A deposit of 30% will be required to secure an appointment for any services booked at the salon, the deposit will be taken at the time of booking of the appointment. The booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you give the salon at least “48 hours” notice that you need to re-schedule your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

48 HOURS” NOTICE PLEASE

We understand everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances are beyond your control. If you have to cancel your appointment, we ask that you give as much notice as possible, we require at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment for your deposit to be transferred to a future booking.

If the cancellation is less than 48 hours notice your deposit will be lost.

We know these policies may be frustrating for clients who have to cancel at short notice for genuine reasons.
